Einride and Electrolux enter partnership to electrify transports

Tech transport company, Einride and one of the global appliance leaders, Electrolux, have announced a strategic partnership to electrify transports, with operations starting in Q2 of this year. The partnership will within the first three years save hundreds of tonnes of CO2, compared to diesel freight. It also signifies a crucial first step for two companies deeply invested in technological innovation and sustainability.

Einride Pod freight EV sets record on the Top Gear track

The Einride Pod has reportedly become the first vehicle of its kind to complete a lap and set a record for the Top Gear track at Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey, United Kingdom. This achievement comes on the heels of the debut of the next generation Pod, which was unveiled last week and will be made commercially available worldwide, with highway-capable models being delivered to partners by 2023.
