Driver consumes 12 times less power than industry-standard

Diodes Incorporated has introduced the ULN2003V12 and ULN2003F12A relay and inductive load sink drivers, providing seven and four channels, respectively. The ULN2003V12 consumes 12 times less power while offering a direct replacement to the industry-standard ULN2003A from other vendors, while the ULN2003F12A provides a smaller footprint when fewer output channels are required, such as when driving low-voltage stepper motors.

Dual-gate logic devices help extend battery life

Extending its advanced ultra-low power CMOS logic family, Diodes Incorporated has introduced dual-gate devices. The 74AUP2G logic devices support low-voltage, low-power system design which helps to extend battery life in super slim, next-gen portable products, such as smart phones and tablets. The devices provide seven dual gate logic functions: AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR and a choice of two tri-state buffers.

Small-signal MOSFETs save space for wearables

Diodes Incorporated has introduced three small-signal MOSFETs in a tiny DFN0606 package, measuring only 0.6x0.6mm. The 20 and 30V N-channel and 30V P-channel transistors require 40% less board space than the commonly used DFN1006 (aka SOT883) packaged MOSFETs, making them suited for next-gen wearables, tablets and smartphones.

The 15A SBRT15U50SP5 and 20A SBRT20U50SLP rectifiers are the first in the series to be released by the company.
