ARM single-board computers offer configuration flexibility
A range of compact, rugged ARM single-board computers and carrier boards have been unveiled by Diamond Systems. The EAGLE family is designed to work with the Toradex Apalis family of ARM Computer-On-Modules (COMs). The product line is composed of two models, the full-size, full-featured Eagle and its smaller sized, low-cost Eaglet.

Dual isolated CANbus 2.0 modules feature 16 digital I/O
Diamond Systems Corporation unveiled the Janus-MM-LP family of CANbus 2.0 I/O modules, featuring independent isolation for each port plus data rates up to 1Mbps. These rugged I/O modules offer 2 or 4 CAN ports and are available in the compact PC/104 and PC/104-Plus form factors.
Gigabit Ethernet switches feature 24 ports
A family of gigabit Ethernet switches, which feature up to 24 10/100/1000Mb/s copper twisted pair ports and two SFP sockets, has been introduced by Diamond Systems. The Epsilon-24000 managed Layer 2+ Ethernet switch modules are offered in a PC/104 form factor measuring 96x116mm.

Based on PCIe octal UART with 256-byte TX/RX FIFOs and auto RS-485 transmit control, the ports feature software-controlled configuration and optional opto-isolation.
