DE-CIX, the global Internet Exchange (IX) operator and home to one of the largest carrier and data centre neutral interconnection ecosystem on the planet and Capcon Networks, an industry specialist in carrier agnostic connectivity, have announce a strategic partnership with Capcon in the US.

DE-CIX and EllaLink, the express optical platform between Europe and Latin America, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership. The goal of the partnership is to promote and enhance a new low latency path across the southern Atlantic, directly connecting Brazil and South Europe.
