Solvent-free resins to be showcased at CWIEME Chicago
A range of solvent-free impregnating resins, developed to help manufacturers to meet tightening environmental and safety legislation, are to be showcased at CWIEME Chicago. The resins, developed by Axalta Coating Systems, are claimed to minimise the generation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and reduce emissions during the impregnation process to below 2%.

Now in its 11th year, CWIEME Chicago, America's largest dedicated exhibition for the coil winding, insulation and electrical manufacturing industries, has grown by 50%, covering everything from coil winding machines, permanent magnets and laminations, to electrical steels, bobbins and electric motor testing equipment.
More than 6,500 people attend CWIEME Berlin
This year's CWIEME Berlin proved successful, with more than 6,500 buyers, designers, engineers and academics in attendance. The event held from 24-26th June, was organiser i2i Events Group’s busiest CWIEME show to date. The show, spread across six halls at the Berlin Messe exhibition grounds in Germany, featured some 750 suppliers from over 40 countries, including Aumann, DuPont, Hopf, Trancerie Emiliane and ThyssenKrupp.
