CP Electronics and Wattstopper will be showcasing their brand new innovative outdoor lighting solutions at Europe’s largest annual lighting event, LuxLive 2019 later this year. The two leading lighting controls manufacturers will be demonstrating how they are disrupting the outdoor lighting market, with their digital sensors and network-controlled solutions.

The latest in a prestigious range of commercial developments across Scotland, Maxim 10 marks another project for lighting controls specialist CP Electronics and electrical contractor AKD. Completing their part of the project within nine months, the comapny helped the investor achieve the objective of a safe, comfortable and energy-efficient space.

With products and support from CP Electronics, Aurora House has become the first building outside London to achieve an outstanding rating from BREEAM. Also designed to LEED Gold Standard, the automated control and energy efficiency provided by the lighting has been a key factor in gaining this recognition.

  Throughout the construction of the National College for High Speed Rail, CP Electronics has supported a quality assurance approach to lighting control, resulting in a smoother installation for contractors.

CP Electronics has developed a new range of ceiling-mounted, mid-range passive infrared (PIR) detectors that allow presence detection for ranges up to 15m. Drawing on the success of CP’s acclaimed series of ceiling mounted PIR presence detectors, the company’s EBDMR features a domed lens which allows for greater detection.
