CONTA-CLIP has expanded its KES cable management program, adding the KES-E version for screwless cable mounting. The cable entry plates enable quick and safe feed-in of non-assembled cables and conduits into control cabinets and machine enclosures, without the need for cable glands.

CONTA-CLIP has expanded its range of accessories for the KDS and KES cable management systems, adding sealing plugs. The KDS/KES-VS plugs have a mushroom head that prevents complete insertion and allows for easy removal. They are available in diameters between 1.5 and 22 mm. The sealing plugs provide flexible and reliable sealing of feedthrough channels according to protection degree IP66.

CONTA-CLIP expands its cable entry portfolio, launching the KDS-R system for M20 to M63 round openings suited to cables with and without plugs. This new cable management system consists of a handful of basic components: the actual cable entry frame with an integrated gasket, a two-piece thread and locking adapter plus two-piece locknut to fix it in place, and sealing elements with a range of inlays.

The tool-less KDS and KES cable entry systems from CONTA-CLIP enable easy routing and flexible rearrangement of cables and conduits in enclosures and control cabinets, with reliable strain relief and IP66 ingress protection. To install any number of differently sized and shaped cables, enclosures no longer need to be fitted with variously sized openings, reducing the machining effort to a minimum. 

It has been announced that CONTA-CLIP now provides all necessary tools for customising its UL- and VDE-certified VK series cabling ducts. The VK-S cutter allows for shortening up to 125mm wide standard or halogen-free cabling ducts to the required length. Cuts are clean, without burrs, and with the exact required angle. This tool can be installed at a workbench. 

CONTA-CLIP has expanded its range of single-level push-in installation terminals, adding the FNT 16 neutral disconnect terminal for wire cross sections between 2.5 and 25mm² (up to 16mm² with wire-end ferrules). The push-in connection system allows for safe connection of wires without tools. When a solid wire or ferrule is inserted, the pressure spring opens automatically and establishes a secure contact.

CONTA-CLIP continuously expands the KDS-FB flat ribbon cable entry system. The portfolio currently comprises a total of 13 cable entries with four frame widths and various divisions for flat and round cables.
