Cogiscan announces its partnership with the MiQro Innovation Collaborative Centre (C2MI). The C2MI is an international research and development centre in microelectronics and advanced microsystems, located in the Bromont Scientific Park. The C2MI is a unique collaboration centre. In addition to state-of-the art equipment, the C2MI offers its members a true innovation ecosystem dedicated to the rapid commercialization of their prototypes.

Cogiscan announces a strategic partnership with MIRTEC. Both companies will work together to integrate the MIRTEC line of AOI machines with the Cogiscan TTC software. Additionally, MIRTEC will sell and support the complete line of Cogiscan TTC solutions in the Korean market.

ACD announces the successful implementation of a factory-wide Track, Trace and Control Solution from Cogiscan. The TTC Solution covers all material at ACD, including printed circuit boards, electronic components, tooling (feeders, stencils) and consumables (solder paste, etc.) from receiving to shipping.

Cogiscan is pleased to announce the issuance of patent 11/547,728 Closed-Loop Reel Setup Verification and Traceability. This patent is the latest in a series of Cogiscan patents previously issued for different aspects of Track Trace and Control technology.

Cogiscan announces that it has hired Jörg Both as its newest application engineer for Europe effective immediately. In this position, Jörg will help build Cogiscan’s customer base and provide local support to its fast-growing customer base in Europe. This includes direct Cogiscan customers as well as its partners’ customers, including Juki Automation Systems.

Cogiscan announces its collaboration with iTAC Software AG on the companies’ first joint customer project.
