Calibre UK has been showcased winning two global awards from Future Publishing for the company’s LEDFusion Pro A130C-15 130-inch all-in-one LED display.

For the second year in a row, Calibre UK has won the Product Excellence category of the Taiwan Digital Signage Awards (TDS) for the LEDFusion A160, a 163” AiO (All-in-One) LED display. In 2019, the Calibre LEDFusion A130 130” LED Display also won a TDS Award.

The Calibre LEDFusion A160, a 163-inch AiO (All-in-One) LED display has made it’s debut at the MediaScreen stand (15-R295) at ISE2020. The LEDFusion A160 revolutionises the world of large LED screens by providing a complete, integrated solution that can be installed by two people in an hour or less, largely eliminating the time, effort and expense typically associated with deploying screens of such a size. 

The set of features on the AiO (All-in-One) LED Display have been announced by Calibre. The AiO LED Display features an integrated power control system with low standby power consumption and an efficient power supply, minimising long term cost of ownership as well as being more environmentally friendly.

Being previewed at InfoComm SEA by Calibre (Stand E62, Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC) Hall 98, Thailand, 15th to 17th May 2019) is the Calibre LED SmartBrick, an innovative product designed to increase the reach and potential creativity of digital signage installations.

At Prolight + Sound, 2nd to 5th April, Messe Frankfurt, Hall 4.0, Booth B35, Calibre will be demonstrating its innovative AiO (All-in-One) LED display. The first fruits of its relationship with sister company Optoma, also part of Coretronic, the AiO is designed to address one of the biggest drawbacks to LED display, the time it takes to deploy them.

The Audiovisual Company (TAC) in Portugal has upgraded its media presentation rooms and main stadium LED displays at FC Porto, Dragão Stadium with Calibre LEDView720 and LEDView730 4K scalers. Eduardo Costa, General Technical Manager, TAC said: “We use Calibre to adapt input resolution to the main stadium LED Screens during live games or for digital signage at corporate events."

Exhibiting for the first time this year, at the LED China event is British image processing specialists, Calibre. As audiovisual, IT, corporate entertainment and events companies work to engage, influence and inform audiences, Calibre HQUltra line of 4K compatible low latency ultra-fast scaler-switchers are deployed for use in storytelling, visual information, broadcast and live streaming.

High-speed 4K scaler-switchers from Calibre's HQUltra range incorporate in-house developed virtual-ASIC video processing technology, providing the 'world’s fastest' single channel 4K presentation switching performance. The switches are set to revolutionise the current landscape of video displays.

Calibre has announced a virtual-ASIC video processor capable of scaling, switching, enhancing, correcting and converting UHD formats including 4K and WQXGA. Based on Altera FPGAs, Calibre’s virtual-ASIC technology will be offered as Calibre Pro-AV products as well as own-label, board-level and custom options for OEMs, enabling rapid creation of products for the professional AV industry as UHD video formats are adopted.

Calibre UK has further strengthened its LEDView530 scaler/switcher with the addition of new firmware for user selectable and variable picture-in-picture (PIP) flexibility.

Calibre UK returns to InfoComm 2013 with significant updates to two of its most important products for the pro-AV marketplace: the LEDView530 and HQView 530 switcher/scalers. Both products were launched earlier this year, with the former being aimed at the control of large-scale LED screens in rental and fixed-installation applications, and the latter being designed specifically to multiple-projector setups.
