Binder-USA has expanded its line of M12 connectors with a single-ended overmolded cable connector. The Series 876 D-Coded connectors have adapted the standard Profinet design, which is commonly used in industrial environments for automation networking applications.

The Binder Series 620 snap-in, IP67 connectors has been extended by the introduction of a panel-mount version with dip-solder contacts that complements the existing, highly-popular, solder-bucket panel mount versions.

Binder-USA is pleased to announce new receptacles with adjustable angular positions as part of the Series 713, 763, 715 and 766 automation product ranges. The panel-mounted receptacles can be rotated during installation to allow a right-angle cordset to connect in a desired angular position. These M12 A- and B-coded connectors are commonly used for industrial networks and automation applications in harsh environments.

The already extensive range of Binder Series 768 M8 connectors has been enhanced with the introduction of a new version that has screw terminations with improved contact geometry and pin number markings that simplifies termination of the screw contacts.

The already comprehensive Series 423 range of Binder IP67 M16 connectors has been extended with addition of a modified design format that has a length of only 45mm, 25% shorter than the standard connectors.

Now available from Binder UK is a male panel mount version of its range of 12-pole M12 connectors. Historically the M12 connector, the accepted standard connector for automation, was restricted to simple digital switching functions but Binder recently added a 12-pole to its 4, 5 and 8 pole M12 range in response to the demand from the automation industry for more complex signals requiring an increasing number of contacts.

Binder-USA is now offering M12 and 7/8 field-attachable connectors with larger screw clamp terminations. This change will allow the connectors to accept wires up to 14 AWG. The ability to use a larger wire gauge make the connectors suitable for connecting power applications typically found in industrial environments.

Now available from Binder UK are new high-power versions of M12 connectors that can carry up to 8A on each contact.

Binder-USA has expanded its line of RD24 Series 692 and 693 right-angle connectors with PG11 and PG 13.5 cable outlets. The male and female cable connectors can now accept cables with an OD of 8-12 mm. Binder RD24 connectors are ideally suited for industrial power applications.

Binder-USA is pleased to announce the newest addition of rear-mount potted receptacles to its line of M8 connectors. The rear-mount feature offers new mounting options to the application’s panel. M8 receptacles and connectors are compact in size and ideally suited for use with industrial sensors.

Binder UK, the newly formed subsidiary of Franz Binder, the German connector manufacturer, now supplies an enhanced version of the Series 766 range of M12 B-coded connectors that is available with bulkhead sockets pre-terminated on 0.5m Profibus cable.

The Binder 430 series is a new, plastic, sub-miniature version of the popular Binder 440 series and uses the same, well proven and unique Binder push-pull technology. Made from polyamide, these compact, lightweight and high-performance circular connectors are waterproof to IP67 and shielded with excellent EMI protection and are a viable, low-cost alternative to the traditional and very expensive metal push-pull connectors.

Binder-USA announced the release of an unshielded version of its Series 702 M9 cordsets. The unshielded feature provides a cost-effective alternative to the shielded M9 connectors. The connectors are ideally suited for commercial applications that do not require EMI shielding.
