LTSpice is centre stage at free half day seminar

The LTspice World Circuit in UK and Ireland is a free half day seminar presented jointly by Arrow Electronics and Linear Technology to educate and inform both advanced and new users of LTspice. Arrow, Samsung switch on LED lighting in EMEA

Arrow Electronics and Samsung Semiconductor Europe have extended an existing agreement to include Samsung’s full range of LED components in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Samsung’s LED components aimed at manufacturers of lighting fittings are compliant with American NSI standards (LM80) and offer MacAdam colour bin and high luminous efficacy as well as improved reliability under harsh conditions and longer life span.

Arrow, NXP collaborate on NFC reference design board

Arrow Electronics European engineering team has joined forces with NXP Semiconductors to develop SmarTool NFC, a reference design board created to help customers develop hardware and software that uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for applications such as access control, payment systems and contactless data exchange. The board is now available to customers in the EMEA region.
