The gender gap in generative AI usage is closing rapidly, fuelled by a significant increase in adoption among women. According to a new report from the Deloitte Centre for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, the percentage of women using generative AI has tripled year-over-year, from just 11% in 2022 to 33% in 2023.

Sixty-eight percent of women agree that more can be done to improve the workplace for women in leadership roles, calling for improved career pathways and mentorship.

A new report from AND Digital, titled 'Rewards & Resilience,' reveals that 22% of women in tech feel imposter syndrome has hindered their success, whilst 78% of women leaders in technology roles believe they have succeeded in their careers. The proportion of women feeling successful increases with age.
