Hubs connect USB devices anywhere on a wired or wireless LAN
Amplicon has extended its range of Digi AnywhereUSB devices, with the introduction of three new models. The network-attached USB hubs allow USB devices to connect to a PC via existing TCP/IP network infrastructure. Eliminating the need for local host PCs, the USB hubs connect USB devices anywhere on a wired or wireless LAN. The AnywhereUSB devices are, therefore, suitable for hostile or non-secure environments where having a local PC is neit...
Oscilloscopes cover 350MHz, 500MHz bandwidth
Amplicon’s Test and Measurement division has introduced the new Teledyne LeCroy WaveJet Touch; a high performance, low cost oscilloscope with a variety of debugging tools and flexible connectivity. The oscilloscopes come in either 350MHz or 500MHz bandwidth; as well as having an extremely small footprint for easy portability, they come with 2GS/s and 5Mpts long memory.
Panel PCs feature wide operating temperature range
Amplicon has been listening to customer feedback and requirements and applied the comments to the development of a new series of wide operating temperature panel PCs. The Senses 5300 panel PCs come with three display size options: 10in, 12in & 15in, being versatile and adaptive for up to 99% of SCADA/HMI applications.
Few simple clicks sets up Ethernet I/O module
Boasting a multitude of features, the ICP DAS WISE-5800 is a user-defined Distributed Ethernet I/O Module designed for remote logic control and monitoring in stock at Amplicon. A built-in web server interface allows users to implement IF-THEN-ELSE control logic operations in just a few simple clicks, eliminating the need for hours of programming and debugging, and ideal for users who are not familiar with programming and coding.
3-in-1 interface eases USB to serial conversion
Amplicon is helping to solve the problem of industrial sector laptop computers that are used as a tool for accessing devices but are no longer supplied with an RS-232 interface. As there are still a large number of serial devices being used in the industrial sector this can cause problems when trying to connect to legacy devices.
Embedded PC enables easy access card expansion
Packaged in a lightweight, fanless aluminium chassis, designed for optimal heat dissipation, Amplicon’s Impact-E 400 series has been designed with card expansion at its heart. Powered by the Ivybridge processor, the PC allows easy access card expansion. It is capable of housing cards up to 220mm in either PCI and/or PCIe configurations.
Achieve up to 50Mbps speeds over 300m copper wires
Offering long distance communication over copper wires, the ED3101 rugged Ethernet extender has been introduced by Amplicon. Supporting speeds of up to 50Mbps at a distance of 300m and 1Mbps at 1900m, the Ethernet extender features plug-and-play installation using existing copper twisted-pair infrastructure to connect Ethernet devices and networks at high speeds over long distances.
Touchscreen display elevates oscilloscope
Teledyne LeCroy’s WaveSurfer 3000 oscilloscope is now available from Amplicon. The instrument has a 10.1in. touchscreen display, 4GS/s sample rate, 10Mpts/Ch of long memory and fast waveform update of 130k wfms/sec. Controls are accessed through an intuitive touch screen.
