The SWS Steering Wheel Sensor, has been introduced by Allied Motion Technologies, a compact steer-by-wire steering wheel feedback sensor designed specifically for warehouse vehicles like reach, counterbalance, and lift trucks. Steering wheels can be mounted directly to the SWS and connected to a CAN bus.

The electric power steering (EPS) series for steer-by-wire warehouse vehicles, autonomous AGVs, and similar material transport vehicles needing a robust electric steering solution, has been introduced by Allied Motion Technologies. The EPS series is a compact, fully-integrated motor, gearbox, controller, and optional output pinion.

A 42mm diameter outer rotor, brushless DC motor with an integrated drive has been announced by Allied Motion Technologies. Compact, the KinetiMax 42 has a robust bearing system capable of handling high side loads and has a minimum operating life of 20,000 hours. The KinetiMax has an integrated speed control loop with speed set input to adjust motor speed from 150-5,000 RPM.

  Allied Motion Technologies has introduced the WheelMax Steering Series wheel drive assemblies. The steering Drives are fully-integrated, electrically powered traction wheels with on-board steering systems for electric vehicles.
