The LCMv2 Series EtherCAT slave module provides a wide range of functions including digital pulse modulation for dynamic power control.
Bridge allows motion control to be used as a subsystem
ACS Motion Control has developed software that allows its motion control solutions to be used as subsystems on TwinCAT controlled EtherCAT networks. Utilising a Beckhoff or ESD EtherCAT Bridge, a TwinCAT EtherCAT network can connect to an ACS EtherCAT network, enabling data exchange between the two EtherCAT networks.

The algorithm maximises system throughput, increasing acceleration, smoothness and velocity, while minimising motion induced vibrations and disturbances.
