Axiomtek has announced the FDK172-834, an open frame panel computer featuring the Intel Celeron processor J1900 quad core 2.0GHz. The flexible PC is equipped with a 17" TFT LCD, with a resolution of up to 1280x1024px, and an open frame bezel for easy customisation. Designed for immediate integration, the PC can be deployed in indoor self-service kiosks, HMI automation, signage and many other applications.

The Axiomtek FDK172-834 provides a wide voltage power supply range from 12-36VDC with over current protection for increased system reliability.

The FDK172-834 provides four RS-232/422/485 serial ports configurable by BIOS settings. For WiFi and 3G connection, the open frame panel system incorporates a dual PCI Express Mini Card slot for expansion capability.

The 17" industrial open frame panel PC supports a convenient side-access CompactFlash and one 2.5” SATA HDD bracket for storage. The panel system’s I/O connectivity includes four COM ports, one 10/100/1000Mb/s Ethernet port, VGA port, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports and audio (line-out).
