Lumen Dynamics is proud to introduce the new OmniCure S2E network module which is designed to save time on maintenance and keep production running smoothly with remote process monitoring and UV curing equipment control. The S2E module enables OmniCure customers to join a new era of connectivity with the ability to remotely access up to 300 UV curing systems within a local area network, while simultaneously monitoring their activity and maintenance requirements through the OmniCure monitoring station software.

“The OmniCure S2E module and its enhanced monitoring capability transforms the way our customers interact with their production process and proactively maintain their equipment,” stated Mike Kay, Director of Product Management at Lumen Dynamics. “This hardware accessory highly compliments the Lumen Dynamics’ family of S series spot curing equipment which offers the same high level of innovation, quality and reliability that OmniCure customers have come to expect.”

Some of the unique value-added benefits to the S2E module include real-time email alerts to increase productivity and eliminate time lost identifying process faults, while enhancing overall visibility to production activity to quickly isolate issues that may potentially result in product waste or rework. The continuous operational data logging capability of the OmniCure monitoring station also allows maintenance staff to evaluate, trend and predict equipment requirements to minimize or eliminate production down-time.

Lumen Dynamics will be showcasing the new OmniCure S2E network module and the benefits of enhanced connectivity at MD&M East in Philadelphia, PA at booth #3653 on June 18th -20th , 2013. Be sure to visit the Lumen Dynamics booth and see the S2E in action, as well as new OmniCure UV LED curing products that will also be on display.
