mikroElektronika introduces new PIC development tool called mikroMMB for PIC18FJ. This is small full featured development board with PIC18F87J50 microcontroller (runs at 8Mhz). Also device contains TFT Color Display (320x240) and Touch Screen, Stereo Codec, headphone and microphone connectors, microSD slot and Serial Flash Memory, which gives you option to store your media files on memory card and use it in your application. mikroMMB for PIC18FJ Board is the full-featured tool for easy development of multimedia applications using new Microchip® PIC™18J device. Tool features PIC 18F87J50 device that is connected to 8Mhz oscillator circuit. There is TFT Color Display (320x240) and Touch Screen connnected to microcontroller which allows user to create their own graphical user interfaces. Also, this tool supports audio playing and recording via on-board Stereo Codec which audio input/output is connected to headphone and microphone connectors.

This PIC Board contains microSD slot, which means that you can save your files on microSD memory card and use it in your application. You can save pictures, sounds and other media files that you can use in your multimedia device. Besides this, there is an Serial Flash Memory available for storing data used in your project. On-board PIC18FJ can be programmed and debugged using External programmer (18FJprog with mikroICD support). Programmer is connected to tool via programming connection pads. Device pins can be connected with external electronic circuits using connection pads.
