To withstand harsh operating environments, the GOT3846T-832 is made with a robust mechanical design and has an IP65-rated water/dust-proof front panel to prevent the system from outside damage. The fanless design has a unique thermal solution that allows noiseless operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +55°C.

Built-in WLAN antenna (optional)
Considering to the popular network environment, the GOT3846T-832 has a PCI Express Mini Card slot and a fixed rotational WLAN antenna (optional) for wireless network connection. By just plugging in the WLAN Mini Card, users can have instant access to wireless LAN/GPRS/GSM/3G easily.

Anti-vibration up to 1G
With a special vibration-resistant design patent, this CE-certified touch panel platform can work well under 1G (5~500Hz, random for 2.5” HDD) and 2G (5~500Hz, random for CompactFlash) in operation mode.

Furthermore, the GOT3846T-832 includes one DDR3-800 SO-DIMM socket maximum up to 2 GB. Interfaces for four COM (1 RS-232/422/485), four USB 2.0, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, audio (Line-out) and VGA are available. This unit can be installed using panel mount, wall mount, VESA arm and desktop stand depending on the application need. Last, but not least, this new robust HMI offers full compatibility with the Windows® Embedded Standard, Windows Embedded Standard 7, Windows 7 and Linux Kernel 2.6.
