4K dual-monitor slim PCs feature flexible drive storage
Shuttle announces the XH110 and XH110V. These barebones slim PCs pack Intel Skylake CPUs, native dual-monitor support and expandable drive mounting in a small form factor (SFF) 3-liter chassis. Supporting Intel 6th Generation Skylake processors on the LGA 1151 socket, the XH110 and XH110V are able to meet the needs of a variety of applications, from POS machine to customer kiosk.
Built-in DirectX 12 compatibility with Intel HD Graphics allows these slim PCs to natively drive dual displays at up to 4K resolution. It’s designed with a VESA mount, able to be installed behind LCD monitors to blend inconspicuously in any personal or commercial environment.
The XH110 and XH110V include HDMI and DisplayPort inputs for native dual-monitor support. Both offer PS/2, four USB 2.0, four USB 3.0, SATA 6Gbps, RS232 and Intel Dual Gigabit LAN ports. Built-in M.2 2280 Type M and M.2 2230 type A expansion slots allow users to install SSDs, Wi-Fi modules, or other such devices to boost the capabilities of the XH110 and XH110V. Two RS232 ports allow users to connect barcode scanners, receipt printers, keypads and more for commercial applications. Shuttle also offers the PVG01 accessory for its slim PCs, which exchanges one COM port for an optional VGA output. Both models are equipped with an optical disk drive bay for users to install a slim-line ODD and two 2.5” drives or three 2.5” drives without the ODD.
The XH110 and XH110V support up to 32GB DDR3L 1600 RAM in two SODIMM sockets. The integrated Intel H110 Chipset supports USB3.0 interfaces and SATA 6Gbps transfer rates. The Dual Gigabit LAN ports support teaming for users to combine total bandwidth from two connections on a single network, or to connect between two different networks.
Featuring Shuttle's exclusive heatpipe technology and robust industrial capacitors, the XH110 series is certified to reliably operate 24/7 in up to 50ºC temperatures. Its smart fan keeps the system quiet and cool even under prolonged operation. It's also economical, using an efficient 90W power adapter to minimise long-term power consumption.
