‘Easy-Mount’ Plastic Enclosures from TEKO

‘Smartbox’ enclosures are moulded in high-impact polystyrene (UL 94 HB). Two standard colours are offered, off-white RAL 9002, or black RAL 9004. The cases consist of a top and base moulding which are assembled by self-tapping screws. The thin base part is available with or without two mounting ears, and the deep top part includes internal screw pillars for PCBs. The top part can be easily machined for LED, switches, connectors etc.

An extensive range of 32 individual models is offered including eight standard sizes with external dimensions from 57 x 38 x 20 mm to 128 x 64 x 41 mm. The ‘Smartbox’ cases without the mounting ears are ideal for hand-held or table-top devices.

TEKO can supply the ‘Smartbox’ enclosures with additional holes for push-buttons, connectors and controls etc., plus silk-screen printed legends and logos. The cases can also be moulded or painted in alternative colours.
