Kontron's K3836-Q/R mITX motherboard at Rutronik
Equipped with the latest 12th, 13th, and 14th generation Intel Core processors as well as a comprehensive range of modern interfaces, Kontron is launching the K3836-Q/R mITX motherboard as the successor to the D3633-S.
The new motherboard in the compact Mini-ITX form factor is developed and manufactured in Germany. Two different chipset versions are offered: The K3836-R is based on the high-performance Intel R680E chipset with ECC support and real-time capability for mission-critical applications and the K3836-Q on the equally powerful Intel Q670E chipset.
The K3836-Q/R mITX has a minimum lifespan of seven years. Target applications include industrial automation, robotics, medical diagnostics, digital signage, infotainment, and POS/POI systems.
The K3836-Q/R mITX is designed and approved for 24/7 continuous operation. It offers customisable CPU performance through the Intel Core, Pentium, and Celeron processor series for entry-level and high-quality IPCs. In addition, the K3836-Q/R mITX is suitable for improved industrial climate conditions up to 60°C. Two Intel LAN (1GbE and 2.5GbE) with teaming, TSN, and iAMT support ensure extremely stable and reliable connectivity.
Further connection options are
