Digi-Key is now offering the EV10K72A PIC24FJ64GU205 Curiosity Nano development board from Microchip Technology.

This is a cost-effective hardware platform to evaluate the PIC24FJ GP2/GU2 family of low power microcontrollers (MCUs).

The board features PIC24FJ64GU205, which offers 64 KB of ECC Flash, 8 KB of RAM, 12-bit/400 ksps ADC, three analogue comparators with several core independent peripherals (CIPs), and a full-speed USB 2.0 host/device/OTG.

Sleep current is down to a few hundreds of nA while retaining the complete RAM content and is perfect for extending the battery life in sensor nodes, IoT, and portable applications. An on-board nano debugger enables programming and debugging and requires no external tools to program the PIC24FJ64GU205 device.

The development board provides easy access to all features of the PIC24FJ64GU205 for rapid prototyping of a custom design.

It has a target USB connector to develop USB device applications using the integrated USB peripheral available on the PIC24FJ64GU205 MCU.

It is supported by MPLAB® X Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and MPLAB Code Configurator (MCC) development framework.

Compatible with the PIC24FJ64GU205 Curiosity Nano board and featuring three on-board mikroBUS sockets, the Curiosity Nano base for Click boards enables users to quickly and effortlessly add functionality to their project using the vast selection of Click boards available from MikroElektronika.
