AMC features four SATA III drives for nearly 2TB of storage
An AMC with four SATA III drives for nearly 2TB of storage in one module has been released by VadaTech. The AMC623 is a mid-size, single module AMC that can support RAID 0, 1 and 10 for striping and mirroring options.
The four SATA III drives can provide a 6Gb/s data rate, which is routed to the backplane via x2 PCIe lanes. The module is compliant to the AMC.1 specification.
