Portwell x DENKweit: AI-driven image analysis and visual inspection

Portwell collaborated with DENKweit to showcase an advanced AI-based image analysis solution for smart factory applications. The integration of DENKweit’s AI-Based Image Analysis software with Portwell’s PSYS-508 embedded system enables manufacturers to enhance quality control with real-time, scalable, and cost-efficient defect detection. The partnership delivers:

  • No-code AI training: users can train AI models with minimal data and no programming expertise
  • Ultra-fast annotation: one-click data labelling reduces manual efforts by up to 95%

Portwell x Allxon: AI-powered Edge device management

In collaboration with Allxon, Portwell introduced an Edge device management solution designed to optimise AI-powered applications in remote environments. This integration combines Portwell’s PEDK-10P developer kit, based on NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano/NX, with Allxon’s Out-of-Band (OOB) Device Management technology, offering:

  • Remote AI system monitoring: ensures 24/7 device uptime and real-time troubleshooting
  • Power actions and scheduling: enables remote reboot, shutdown, and maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Cloud serial console: provides in-depth system logs and diagnostics for proactive management

  • Portwell x ASUS IoT: AI-driven Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)

Partnering with ASUS IoT, Portwell introduced an AI-powered Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) solution aimed at transforming industrial quality control. By integrating Portwell’s PSYS-508 industrial PC with ASUS IoT’s AISVision AI toolkit, the collaboration delivers:
