SiTime appoints new CFO and announces retirement of Art Chadwick

SiTime Corporation, a specialist in precision timing technology, has confirmed Beth Howe's appointment as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective 8th November 2023.

Art Chadwick will step down as CFO and enter retirement on 7th November 2023, assisting with the transition.

Reflecting on his tenure, Art Chadwick stated: "I joined SiTime a little over four years ago to help take the company public, raise capital, and drive growth. I am very happy with what we have accomplished."

Rajesh Vashist, Chairman and CEO of SiTime, expressed his gratitude: "Art’s leadership has played a pivotal role in SiTime’s achievements. Beth Howe's appointment has been warmly received by SiTime. Howe will report to Rajesh Vashist and oversee the company's financial strategy and operations.

With more than 25 years in the technology industry, Howe brings a strong background in strategic financial roles, including 17 years at HP. She served as HP's chief audit executive, responsible for the internal audit programme and overseeing enterprise risk management. Her past roles include CFO for HP’s multi-billion-dollar Graphics Solutions Business and vice president of investor relations.
