With growth across key European countries a key strategic objective for UK-based M2M connectivity specialist Wireless Logic Ltd, the organisation is expanding their business to Germany with the launch of a subsidiary located in Munich. Ulrich Kaindl joins the organisation as Managing Director of Wireless Logic GmbH Germany with a brief to exploit the potential being witnessed across a growing number of vertical markets.
Recognised as outright market leaders providing M2M connectivity solutions, Wireless Logic has evolved its services working alongside all of the major networks delivering unrivalled expertise and platforms for SIM-based applications and devices.

Ulrich Kaindl is a highly knowledgeable specialist within the M2M market and brings with him a prolific understanding of complex M2M eco-systems and related business models. During the last ten years he developed the cellular module business for Siemens Wireless Modules/Cinterion (now part of Gemalto) as Vice President Sales, Europe. Last year, Ulrich set up and established M2M Simplexx GmbH providing one-stop M2M services for system integrators and solution providers within the sector.

Ulrich Kaindl, Wireless Logic GmbH comments: “For our German clients, Wireless Logic’s connectivity platform will enable M2M System Integrators and Vertical Solution Providers to extend their value proposition. With new levels of connectivity choice and a portfolio of value-added services, I have every confidence that Wireless Logic will deliver degrees of flexibility which until now have not been available within the sector. Multiple network connectivity complemented by a single platform SIM provisioning system will give clients more opportunity to develop tailored solutions which are M2M focused and not beholding to any one operator.”

Ulrich continues: “Getting to know Wireless Logic, I am particularly impressed with the reputation that they’ve built with MNO’s on a global scale. Their business model and platform sit perfectly alongside networks creating ‘easy to market’ connectivity solutions for customers; no upfront investment for infrastructure, specialist knowledge and ease of accessibility. We are the resilient, secure and total M2M connectivity solution that the German market has been seeking.”

Wireless Logic’s UK-based Managing Director and co-founder Oliver Tucker comments: “Germany is one of the biggest and fastest growing M2M markets in mainland Europe. Wireless Logic is perfectly positioned to bring our proven business to the many vertical sectors which are delivering connected solutions. In Ulrich, we have appointed the right man to establish Wireless Logic’s position of strength across Germany, and thus establish the Wireless Logic brand as outright European leader within the M2M aggregation market.”

Philip Cole, Sales and Marketing Director and co-founder, Wireless Logic adds: “With M2M CAGR of 27% forecast for 2012-2016 (Source – ABI Research), we are committed to developing our presence across a number of key European countries, supported by sector professionals who can deliver the value-add that Wireless Logic brings to market. In the coming months further announcements are likely to be made as the organisation continues its pan-European roll out. Exciting times in an exciting market!”

Last year, Wireless Logic was named in the 2011 Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in the UK, and placed 54th in the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 with 56% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in the last three years.
