The paper will cover:

• Understanding how to allocate network resources and maintain optimum QoS (Quality of Service) levels

• Implementation of end-to-end network monitoring in order to enable CSPs (Communications Service Providers) to identify the root cause of service outages and resolve them as quickly as possible

• Development of business intelligence reporting to enable CSPs to proactively manage network capacity expansion
