productronica 2011, the world’s leading exhibition for everyone involved with electronics production, will take place at the New Munich Trade fair Centre from 15 -18 November. In addition to showcasing the very latest in production equipment and production techniques, productronica 2011 also encompasses the many industry sectors that operate alongside product manufacturing. These include Test and Measurement, Materials processing and production subsystems. As usual, productronica 2011 will be much more than simply an exhibition where companies show product to visitors. There will be special areas of interest spread throughout the exhibition halls and productronica 2011 will also focus on several industry sectors considered key to the future of the electronics production industry. These new focus areas include: • Photovoltaics manufacturing, batteries and power storage • Organic and printed electronics, polytronics • Manufacturing and Process Software • Electronic Manufacturing Services EMS
With “Your key to trade fair success” productronica is offering its exhibitors additional services ranging from a free trade fair guide and a checklist subscription through to the online meeting arrangement tool “ExpoEasyContact”.

“Your key to trade fair success” is being managed and implemented by Meplan GmbH, a member of the Messe München International Group.

The productronica project management provides exhibitors with a large number of free services. The objective is to continually increase exhibitors’ success at productronica 2011. The, at times, free services includes theoretical know-how and practical support before, during and after the trade fair. “With ‘Your key to trade fair success’ we offer our exhibitors the best possible service to fully exploit the potential of their trade fair participation and therefore attain maximum trade fair success”, said Christian Rocke, productronica Project Manager (pictured). In addition to free exhibitor workshops, “Your key to trade fair success” will contain a number of additional services:

A Guide called “10 Steps to Trade Fair Success” is a constructive aid for trade fair planning and contains a large number of valuable practical tips and specific answers to the key questions concerning successful trade fair attendance. The guide “10 steps for guaranteed success at trade fairs“ will accompany exhibitors step for step from the conception through to success evaluation of trade fair participation.

The guide is available for download in the near future on the productronica website.

“Your key to trade fair success” features a free automatic reminder service by
e-mail. Exhibitors can therefore request detailed checklists, for example containing helpful tips regarding visitor invitations or the most important steps shortly before the trade fair.
Trade fair budget planner: The most important area-related costs of participation in productronica 2011 can be calculated quite easily using this planner: from stand space prices and additional fees such as charges for electricity, water, cleaning and security through to exhibition stand construction, a realistic overview of the costs can be obtained with just a few mouse clicks.

Invitation management: Exhibitors can integrate ”ExpoEasyContact“, the online meeting arrangement tool, in their homepage and therefore offer visitors a simple and direct meeting arrangement method.

Digital contact recording with “LeadSuccess”: Using this service, business cards and discussion forms can be digitally recorded and directly evaluated in a matter of seconds. Companies will therefore be able to start following up the trade fair while productronica is still running.

“Your key to trade fair success” also supports exhibitors with extensive services in visitor marketing – single- or multi-stage invitation concepts will be formulated on request.
