Plexus expands EMEA management team
Plexus Corp. today announces that it is continuing to grow its leadership team in EMEA through the appointment of Ronnie Darroch as Vice President Operations – EMEA, Frank Zycinski as General Manager for the Kelso manufacturing facility and Dave Strachan as Transition and Lean Sigma Manager - EMEA.
The Steve Frisch, Regional President EMEA at Plexus commented: “We are excited that Ronnie Darroch, Frank Zycinski and Dave Strachan have joined the team in these strategically vital positions. Their experience and expertise make them the ideal leaders to drive Plexus’ operational development in the EMEA region”.

Ronnie Darroch, Vice President Operations – EMEA: In this new position Ronnie will be responsible for Plexus's manufacturing & supply chain solutions in EMEA. He has over 27 years of industry experience in a broad range of executive level global operational and supply chain roles that will allow him to be a key contributor in the development of the EMEA region.
Frank Zycinski, General Manager of the Kelso site: In this role Frank will report directly to Ronnie Darroch, VP Operations - EMEA. Frank joins Plexus with extensive experience within the EMS industry. He is MBA qualified and is Black Belt certified by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Frank replaces Willie MacKinnon who recently assumed the position of VP Customer Management - EMEA.
Dave Strachan, Transition and Lean Sigma Manager: In this role Dave will be responsible for driving Lean Sigma initiatives with the EMEA manufacturing facilities as well as managing the Manufacturing Transition organisation within the region. Dave has extensive experience in engineering, technology, business and operations excellence management. He is Black Belt certified by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and has a MBA from Napier University Business School.
