Continuing its policy of providing a truly global service for its customers, PXI solutions provider Pickering Interfaces is improving its support in Russia with the appointment of Sovtest ATE as its local Russian distribution partner. Aimed at serving both existing electronics manufacturing sites in Russia as well as companies who are moving into the region, Sovtest ATE will provide sales and service representation for Pickering's comprehensive PXI product range.
Pickering Interfaces' Keith Moore commented: Many of our global customers now require support on their doorsteps - and many global players now have plants in Russia, a country with a consumer and manufacturing growth, a trend that has seen Pickering Interfaces expand its presence in such key geographies over the last years. Pickering's new partnership with Sovtest ATE is a significant step towards providing first-class support on a worldwide basis. Sovtest ATE is a well-respected company and is also well-known here in Europe - they are ideally placed to maximise the benefits customers can gain from using our products.

Igor Markov, Managing Directror of Sovtest ATE, commented: We are continually looking for the best partners around the world with a goal of establishing long term business relationships. We consider Pickering Interfaces to be one of the best known brands in today's PXI world and this new partnership will combine Pickering's products & expertise with our engineering skills and extensive knowledge of the Russian electronics market, having had almost twenty years experience in the Test and Measurement business. We have highly skilled sales and support staff located in and around the major production areas of Russia and CIS countries and we can ably assist the customer in determining the best Pickering products for their applications''.
