Murata Power Solutions has announced the appointment of Chris Conlin as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Conlin brings to the new role more than 25 years of marketing, sales and management experience in the electronic component and semiconductor industries.
Murata Power Solutions has announced the appointment of Chris Conlin as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Conlin brings to the new role more than 25 years of marketing, sales and management experience in the electronic component and semiconductor industries.



Before joining Murata Power Solutions, Conlin held the position of Vice President Marketing and Sales at Jacket Micro Devices, a start-up out of the Georgia Tech Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC). Prior to that, he was Vice President, Marketing & Sales at Alpha Industries.



Before joining Alpha Industries, Conlin spent sixteen years with Murata Electronics North America where he held positions of Vice President Marketing, and Vice President and General Manager of North America Operations.



Conlin has an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia (USA) and a BS in Engineering from Farleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, New Jersey (USA).



Commenting on his appointment, Chris Conlin said: “I am truly excited to be returning to Murata at this particular point in time. Conlin will be based out of Murata Power Solutions’ corporate offices in Mansfield, Massachusetts, USA.
