Boasting a robust design and unique heat transfer system, Vitronic's Soltec XPM3 reflow soldering system has been purchased by Libra Industries.

The XPM3m has been introduced as a new line, but still has the same features, reliability and craftsmanship that Vitronics’ other XPM Reflow lines offer. The robust design, combined with a unique heat transfer system, consistently delivers benchmark thermal performance, precise process control and superior value for high production in a 24/7 environment.

Libra Industries will benefit from increased efficiency and cost savings, due to the AUTOset profile/recipe generator. Further to this, Additionally, Libra will be able to take advantage of the 350°C maximum setpoint temperature, the Flux Flow Control flux evacuation system, and active forced convection top and bottom cooling cells. Also, the patented individual Cell Inlet and Exhaust enables optimized gas flow management.

This investment will enable Libra Industries to continue providing customized manufacturing solutions to help make its customers more competitive and improve their profitability.
