User and technology congress for system simulation in Dresden ITI invites to 13th ITI Symposium in November
ITI, one of the leading software and engineering companies for system simulation, is pleased to announce the dates of the 13th ITI Symposium to be held at the International Congress Center in Dresden on November 24th and 25th, 2010. Customers, partners and prospects can expect top-class user speeches from industry and research, innovative solution concepts, hands-on courses and inspiring discussions. Experienced ITI engineers and software developers will give an insight into enhancements of the upcoming release SimulationX 3.4. For the past 20 years ITI simulation tools and engineering solutions have been leading in the field of system simulation worldwide. For engineers and scientists the ITI Symposium has gained a reputation as being the ideal meeting place for exchanging solutions, and answering individual questions in connection with virtual engineering. Moreover the Symposium has a focus on questions in the field of real-time modeling and functional test in product development.
ThisFor the first time ITI also offers a Tutorial Day on November, 23rd, 2010. Leading industry experts, ITI engineers and software developers give an insight into their experiences with the tool. The main focuses will be the use of Modelica, enhancement of the SimulationX libraries, and model optimization.
Within the scope of the accompanying exhibition participants can thoroughly acquaint themselves with current applications, new products and solutions and discuss branch-specific questions directly with the exhibitors.
In line with top-class speeches of nameable companies and research institutes the ITI Symposium will start with the introduction of the ITI Management. Besides current challenges and perspectives to the development of the standard simulation tool SimulationX the participants can expect a review to the past 20 years of ITI. Again in this year ITI could attract well-known guest speakers across all industries for the Symposium: BMW, Bureau Veritas, Daimler, Fraunhofer Institut, Schaeffler and Volkswagen provide insight into their simulation experience, e.g. focusing on topics like Modelica drive train models in SimulationX, simulation of drive train vibrations of heavy trucks, and active roll stabilization systems.
For networking being an important component of the symposium the participants can continue with their discussions in a classy atmosphere, make new contacts or simply let the day end with an exclusive evening event. “In the occasion of our 20th company anniversary we want to go on a journey with our conference guests ‘back to the future’ and revue the most important milestones of the ITI history. With this event we want to take the opportunity to thank our customers and partners for the successful cooperation”, explains Dr. Andreas Uhlig, ITI Managing Director.
