IR to Showcase Industry-Leading Power Management Solutions at electronica 2010

IR��s innovative energy saving technologies and products will be on display in Hall A5, Booth 320 including demonstrations of the company’s GaN-based power device platform, GaNpowIR™. IR’s SupIRBuck™ integrated voltage regulators, and benchmark MOSFETs and DirectFET® MOSFETs, IGBTs and high-voltage ICs for a diverse range of applications including appliances, automotive, lighting, computing and Class D audio will also be on display as well as IR’s DC-DC converters and modules for high reliability applications.

IR is holding a series of seminars to review the distinct advantages of the company’s GaNpowIR™ GaN-on-Si technology platform. The special sessions will feature demonstrations of GaN-based power conversion circuits including motor control and Class D audio designed to enable a new era in high frequency, high density, highly efficient power conversion solutions. Three 90 minute sessions will take place at the Konigshof Hotel, Munich on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 9.30 a.m., 2.00 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. Places are limited.
