Tekdata Interconnection Systems has completed manufacturing the first phase of a range of cables which are used by Medick Healthcare on their personal electrocardiogram heart monitor. This easy to use portable monitor, whose interconnections were designed by Tekdata, provides peace of mind to those potentially at risk from heart disease.
The Medick Heart Monitor (MHM 100) has been designed by Industrial Design Consultancy Ltd (IDC). Tekdata was involved from an early stage, sharing its know-how to complement this market leading design. This heart monitor introduces a remote way of recording ECG data without stepping foot inside a hospital.

“We are very pleased to have helped Medick Healthcare in developing their personal electrocardiogram (ECG) heart monitor” commented Roy Blake, Tekdata Business Development Manager, “and it clearly shows some of our capabilities in providing complete solutions for leading edge technology.”

Tekdata Interconnection Systems’ customers number some of the world’s most prestigious organisations, supporting projects which range from space exploration and aviation to medical systems.
