Global deal strengthens Mouser's RF offering
What is claimed to be the world’s first RF Front-end Integrated Circuit (RFeIC) is now on the shelves at Mouser Electronics following its global distribution deal with RFaxis. Mouser will carry several of RFaxis’ CMOS-based radio frequency (RF) solutions. The RFaxis product line features the company’s highly integrated, single-chip, single-die RFeICs, which significantly simplify design tasks and substantially improve performance.
The RFeIC architecture integrates the PA, LNA, transmit and receive switching circuitry; associated matching networks; and harmonic filters in a standard CMOS process.
The RFX1010 is a broadband RFeICdesigned for medium to high output power and incorporates all the RF functionality needed for a TDD-mode RF front-end in the 700/800/900MHz bands.
The device is ideal for multiple applications including IEEE 802.15.4, ZigBee, automatic meter reading (AMR), smart home area networks, and other ISM applications in the sub-GHz bands.
The RFX2401C is designed for use in 2.4GHz ISM band, and incorporates all the RF functionality needed for the 802.15.4 and ZigBee/THREAD, as well as Bluetooth Low Energy standards.
Typical high power applications include home and industrial automation, smart power, and ZigBee RF4CE. The RFX2402E is designed for 802.11b/g/n/ac applications operating at 2.4GHz.
The RFX2402C is well suited as the building block for multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO) applications and is ideal for single antenna applications.
