Global agreement supports expansion of United Silicon Carbide's products

Richardson Electronics has announced a distribution agreement with United Silicon Carbide, a manufacturer for SiC devices located in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. This global agreement supports the expansion of USCi’s products to new customers.

United Silicon Carbide, is a semiconductor company specialising in the development of high efficiency Silicon Carbide (SiC) devices and customised products with process expertise in Schottky Barrier Diodes and SiC switches. USCi technology and products enable affordable power efficiency in key markets that will drive the new and greener economy.

Richardson Electronics is a global channel partner for industry-leading electronic components and engineered solutions.
