Farnell supports development of energy efficient designs for a sustainable future

Recognising the growing importance of energy efficient products and design, Farnell, the leading multi-channel, high service distributor supporting millions of engineers and purchasing professionals globally, has enhanced its range of products and online technical resources in this area in order to support design engineers in developing end-to-end energy efficient solutions.
The increased emphasis has seen the addition of over 3,500 new product lines from leading suppliers and innovators in energy efficient technology including TI, Maxim, International Rectifier, and Analogue Linear Devices. The product additions encompass power management components and modules, devices to enhance energy efficiency such as microcontrollers, switching devices and thermal management products, low power solid state illumination products, and circuit protection components including fuses, TVS diodes and passives.
