From 2004 to 2010, Boucher worked at Celestica Corporation, a $7B tier-one EMS company, where he held a number of executive level positions, including: EVP Global Sales and Solutions and President of Americas Operations, a $3bn revenue division with 13,000 employees. Prior to joining Celestica in 2004, he spent nine years as a founding team member of Manufacturers Services Ltd. where he was the executive for global operations and supply chain.  He also spent more than 17 years with Digital Equipment Corporation.

“John is an extremely experienced operating executive that I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with for several years now,” said Stephen Delaney, a member of C&K Components’ board of directors. “On behalf of the board, I extend our warmest welcome to John, and look forward to working with and supporting him in growing C&K Components and delivering terrific products to our customers.”

“I’m very excited to join the experienced team at C&K Components,” said Boucher. “C&K’s broad portfolio of high-quality products provides us with terrific growth opportunities worldwide. With a strong global team, our competitive manufacturing in Europe and Asia, and some exciting products scheduled for market introduction over the course of the next year, I feel both confident and optimistic about the value we bring to our customers and the future success of our company.”

Boucher replaces Frédéric Chevreton, who is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
