AQUAAn engineered electronic assembly and advanced packaging cleaning agent, AQUANOX A4638 is designed to remove flux residue from flip chip and low clearance components. A4638 is a non-hazardous, biodegradable aqueous solution that contains no CFCs or HAPs.
AQUANOX A4638 is available in one, five, and 55 gallon containers.
