Ambarella Receives GSA Award for Most Respected Private Semiconductor Company

Ambarella announced that the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) has honored the Company with the award for the Most Respected Private Semiconductor Company of 2010. The award was presented to Ambarella executives at the GSA’s annual Awards Dinner Celebration held on Thursday, December 9, 2010 in Santa Clara, California.
/> The GSA's Most Respected Private Semiconductor Company award is designed to identify the private semiconductor company garnering the most respect within the industry in terms of its vision, products and future opportunity. The GSA Awards Committee annually reviews all private semiconductor companies and awarded Ambarella the Most Respected Private Semiconductor Company of 2010 based on the committee's analysis of Ambarella’s performance and likelihood of long-term success.

“GSA is proud to present Ambarella with the Most Respected Private Semiconductor Company Award,” said Jodi Shelton, president of GSA. “They were picked as a Start Up to Watch of 2009 and this year’s award has proven that Ambarella has progressed from a start up to watch to a company respected by its peers and pundits thus earning them this title.”
