Agilent Technologies today announced it will demonstrate its high-speed digital design solutions at EPEPS 2012, Oct. 22-23, at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel, in Tempe, Ariz. When digital signals reach multigigabit speeds, the unpredictable becomes the norm.
This introduces a host of new challenges for engineers designing with these high-speed signals. Agilent's high-speed digital design solutions offer a wide range of essential tools to help engineers design and simulate, analyze, debug and achieve compliant designs, while cutting through the challenges of gigabit digital designs.

At EPEPS 2012, Agilent experts will demonstrate how the SystemVue 2012.06 software package enables designers to build midchannel repeater and opto-link models for high-speed digital chip-to-chip and rack-to-rack links, saving months of programming time compared to hand coding in C. Those models can then be shipped to repeater and opto-link customers for integration into their end-to-end channel simulation, using the Transient/Convolution simulator in Agilent's Advanced Design System software platform.

Fangyi Rao, a master R&D engineer for Agilent, will join Sammy Hindi, a technical leader at Juniper Networks, in presenting Frequency Domain Analysis of Jitter Amplification in Clock Channels, at the Channels and Memory Interface Session on Monday at 1:30 p.m.
