Agilent Technologies Extends Partnership with AMCAD to Include Nonlinear Modeling and Measurement Services
Agilent Technologies Inc. today announced that its long-term relationship with AMCAD Engineering has been extended to include a technology partnership for services related to nonlinear design and measurement of new electronic devices. AMCAD uses Agilent's Advanced Design System with simulators for nonlinear modeling, and a test system based on Agilent's PNA-X microwave network analyzer for nonlinear measurement.
ThesAMCAD complements our nonlinear design and measurement solutions with a wide range of services that enable customers to implement complex models in test systems, said Agilent technical manager Cécile Perier.
I am extremely pleased that our long-term relationship with AMCAD-both in design and measurement-brings tremendous value to our common customers, added Thierry Locquette, a sales manager for Agilent EEsof EDA. Providing customers with accurate models and robust design and simulation tools is key to their success.
We are very pleased to work with a partner like Agilent, the worldwide leader for RF and microwave design and measurement tools, said Stéphane Dellier, RF and microwave project leader with AMCAD Engineering. Its expertise in nonlinear measurement and modeling is invaluable to our customers.
