Adeneo Embedded, Motorola and Kopin Offer First International Golden-i Users Conference
Adeneo Embedded, Microsoft’s Windows Embedded “Gold Partner of the Year” from 2007 to 2010 delivered the first Golden-i headset application developers conference at the University of Texas A&M to more than thirty Golden-i users from seven countries.
AdenGolden-i is a three-ounce Mobile Computing and Computing Headset, which provides a typical15-inch PC display virtually 18 inches from the users eye, a Hands-Free natural speech recognition and gesture interface for wireless remote control over an array of host devices (cellular phones, PCs, handhelds, company networks and wireless systems), especially in any cloud environment.
“Adeneo Embedded’s participation in the First International Golden-i Users Conference shows Adeneo’s deep involvement with Kopin® and Motorola® in providing efficient and robust support to OEMs designing innovative mobility computing solutions”, said Yannick Chammings, CEO of Adeneo Embedded. “As one of the leading partners of Texas Instruments and Microsoft, Adeneo Embedded provides incomparable expertise on both TI OMAP® Cortex-A8™ processors and the Windows Embedded CE 6.0 operating system, both integral to the Golden-i Gen. 3.5 Developer Units.”
“Today delivering a world class mobile computing hardware platform like Golden-i Gen 3.5 headset is only the beginning. It takes delivering a world class enterprise software environment, intuitive application developer’s platform and around the clock user group support to deliver real value to any user community. Adeneo Embedded’s team brings the expertise, experience and the multi-national support necessary for Golden-i users to accelerate their deployment of a “Hands-Free”, voice – gesture interface device with any company’s existing legacy software and systems”, explained Jeffrey Jacobsen, Kopin’s Sr. Advisor to CEO and Golden-i Program Manager.
