Binder UK to showcase Sensor Connectors at Sensing Technology 2012
Binder UK has today announced that it will be showing a wide range of circular connectors on Stand D11 at Sensing Technology 2012 to be held at the NEC, Birmingham on 25th and 26th September. Products will include the extensive range of M5, M8 and M12 sensor connectors used widely in the sensor, instrumentation, automation, medical and industrial equipment markets, along with new product developments such as high current versions of M12 connectors that are rated at 12A.
AlsoAlthough the Binder 620 and 720 connectors have been available for five or six years, the range has been expanded over that time with the introduction of moulded versions and, more recently, with dip solder versions for mounting directly on to a PCB. This makes it highly suited to many applications including data-logging, medical equipment, industrial control and measuring equipment, sensors, laboratory instrumentation, communications, LED lighting and security systems.
In order to promote the range to as many application areas as possible, Binder UK has set up a promotion campaign that started in April 2012 and will run for the remainder of the year whereby engineers can obtain samples absolutely free of charge for product evaluation.
Binder products range from the world’s smallest sensor connector (M5) up to connectors with 24 contacts. Locking mechanisms include screw, bayonet, snap-in and push-pull types and connectors are available with environmental ratings from IP40 to IP68.
