In stock at distributor Mouser Electronics is the RAPIDRF-35TL039 RapidRF front-end design from NXP Semiconductors.
It provides a reference design for 5G infrastructure, integrating an NXP AFSC5G35D35 Airfast power amplifier module, receiver low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), a T/R switch, a circulator, and a bias controller in a compact footprint.
The onboard AFSC5G35D35 is a fully integrated Doherty power amplifier module with a frequency range of 3400 MHz to 3600 MHz.
Reference design applications include massive MIMO systems, outdoor small cells, and low-power remote radio heads.
